If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize Captain Fam to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Captain Fam does not store your payment card information.
After you submit your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order or formation of a contract. A binding purchase contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, for any reason including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment authorization. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and territories. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Captain Fam is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Captain Fam transfer to you upon handover of the product to the carrier.
Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out in that policy.
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated: discount codes apply to the product subtotal only (not shipping or taxes), cannot be combined with other offers, and expire as indicated. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.
Gift cards purchased from Captain Fam are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire 24 months from the date of issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Captain Fam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of captainfam.com or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury not caused by a defective product.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
